1. Program Description

The VINTAY SMS program ("Program") delivers periodic Scripture messages and product updates from VINTAY to enrolled participants. This Program is operated on behalf of VINTAY.

2. Opt-In and Consent

You may enroll in the Program only by voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and separately checking the SMS opt-in box on our registration form at shopvintay.com/register.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You do not need to enroll in this SMS program to purchase or register any VINTAY product.

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages from VINTAY, including messages sent via automatic telephone dialing systems. Consent is not required to make a purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. On average, you may receive approximately 1 message per week, with additional occasional messages for special updates or product announcements. Total frequency will not exceed 4 messages per month unless you separately consent to additional messaging.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages. VINTAY does not charge for text messages. Please contact your mobile carrier for pricing details.

5. How to Cancel (STOP)

You may cancel the SMS Program at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any additional marketing messages unless you re-enroll.

6. Help (HELP)

For assistance, text HELP to any message you receive from us, or email hello@shopvintay.com. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Supported Carriers

The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to enroll.
• You must be a resident of the United States.
• The phone number you provide must be a number you own or are authorized to enroll.

9. Content and Privacy

Messages you receive may include Scripture references (King James Version), reflections, and product-related updates. We will never sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your phone number and SMS opt-in records are stored securely and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our SMS platform provider is Klaviyo, Inc.

10. Changes to Terms

VINTAY may modify or terminate this Program at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation after any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. VINTAY and its carriers make no warranties regarding the delivery, timing, or content of messages. VINTAY is not liable for any delays, non-delivery, or errors in messages.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Program are subject to the binding arbitration and class action waiver provisions set forth in our Terms of Service.
